Robert Knowles
Founder & CEO

Robert Knowles started Arks in 1994. His successful background in commercial real estate development led him to chair his home church’s building project in the early 90s.  After seeing first-hand how difficult a building project can be on a church, he formed Arks to help churches save time and money on building programs and bring the church closer together in the process.

In 2003, Robert created Arks Build to Minister™ Program to help relieve the burden smaller churches face when trying to get out of rented worship space and into a permanent facility.
